Problem 2: The working end Angle of the grinding wheel is more outward than the factory Angle, obviously low outside and high inside inclination, and even appears inside and outside graded step shape.
A: The Angle of the front and rear rings is not appropriate or the motor is loose, the outside of the front ring is too much work, the back ring is not working, the motor Angle needs to be adjusted and fixed in time.
Problem 3: The working end face of the grinding wheel is close to the level, or even high on the outside and low on the inside. The remaining 1/3 of the grinding wheel cannot be used.

Problem 4: There are impact marks on the outside of the grinding wheel, or the end face of the ring sag, alloy shining and other phenomena, can not be used.
A: This phenomenon mostly occurs in chamfered wheel or No. 2 and 3 grinding wheel with finer diamond. The reason is that when changing the grinding wheel or processing thick and thin glass with a large span, the advance and advance position of the grinding wheel is not adjusted in time, resulting in the glass directly hitting the outside of the grinding wheel, or the processing amount allocated is greatly beyond the bearing range of the grinding wheel, and the grinding amount is not corrected in time.
Problem five: The teeth of the whole gear with a depth of about 2mm will break the edge, commonly known as grinding can not be used.
A: The water groove height of the whole gear is equal to the height of the working layer +1.5mm the inner water mouth of the working ring of the grinding wheel remains 1.5mm, indicating that the working layer has been consumed.
